Deacon Rob Lanciotti

Deacon Rob Lanciotti was ordained to the permanent Diaconate in 2017 by Archbishop Samuel Aquila and has been assigned to St Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish since that time. He is one of the founding Board members of St John Paul II High School, serving on the Board since its inception in 2019. He previously served on 2 different school Boards in Fort Collins. He holds degrees in Chemistry, Biochemistry, and a PhD in microbiology and worked in this area for 37 years, 30 at the Centers for Disease Control. Deacon Rob has been married to his lovely wife Ruth for 41 years and is the blessed father of 4 children, ages 28 to 38, and 7 grandchildren.

Michael Lynch

Michael Lynch is a longtime resident, parent, parishioner, and employee for the Catholic Church in Northern Colorado. Currently the Director of Evangelization and Faith Formation at St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Longmont, he spent the previous ten years in campus ministry. He served as Director of Development for Bear Catholic Campus Ministry for over three years and as a Missionary with the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS) for five. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Michael, along with his wife, Kelsey, have six children, all of which they plan to send to St. John Paul II High School.

Annette Leazer

Annette Leazer joined the Board of St. John Paul II High School in 2023. She empowers Catholic leaders to live, learn and lead as disciples of Jesus Christ through Catholic Business Leaders of Northern Colorado. In her career, she led global Finance, HR, and Payroll projects within her own consultancy, capping a 32-year career at Hewlett-Packard, where she held positions of Global Head of HRIS and Financial Controller for two divisions. Certified in accounting and project management, she served 6 years on the Board of Project Management Institute’s Mile Hi Chapter. A Fort Collins native and St. Joseph Catholic School alumnus, Annette and her husband Tom have been married for 40 years and farm near Windsor. She is a member of Our Lady of the Valley parish.

Dennis Roerty

Dennis Roerty joined the JP2HS board in June of 2025 and is a member of the Finance Committee. He previously supported JPIIHS by serving on the Capital Campaign Executive Committee beginning in 2022. Mr. Roerty has 35 years of business and finance experience including working as a financial executive for large and mid-size companies as well as owning his own franchise business for eight years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research as well as an M.B.A. from Virginia Tech.

Mr. Roerty and his wife, Cindy, are originally from the East Coast, but have lived in Fort Collins, Colorado and have been active parishioners at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton for the last 21 years. They have raised three sons and a daughter, and currently have two grandsons! They are passionate about the need for an authentically Catholic classical high school in Northern Colorado that can help our youth know and understand their faith and what is truth in our world today.

Father Jason Wallace

Rev. Jason Wallace is a priest of the Archdiocese of Denver. He is presently serving as the Director of Vocations for the Archdiocese of Denver. From 2011-2022 he served in various roles at St. John Vianney Theological Seminary ranging from Vice-Rector, Formator, Professor, and Director of Human and Pastoral Formation. He received his STL in Sacred Theology from the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum in Rome, Italy, where he specialized in Fundamental Moral Theology and Bioethics. Since his ordination in November of 2004, Father Jason has served as Chaplain, Retreat Director, Spiritual Director, and Speaker. He has had extensive experience working with youth groups throughout the United States and Europe. In Rome, he worked with the Catholic Youth World Network (CYWN). Father Jason hails from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, a suburb of Tulsa. He is fluent in Spanish and Italian. He loves country music, fishing, hunting, skiing, and scuba diving.

Mike Jansen and his wife Tricia live in Windsor and are parishioners of Our Lady of the Valley Parish. We are both beneficiaries of Catholic education and believe it to be foundational to the future of the Catholic Church.

Our involvement with the NOCO Catholic High School effort began in 1997 resulting in first the formation of St Mary School in Greeley as a needed 3rd feeder school for the future high school, and, 20+ years later, STJPIIHS is now a reality!

We have CO-managed Clayton homes in Evans since it opened in 1997.

We believe that God will not be outdone in generosity and invite all to join us in our mission of forming Disciples to spread the Gospel!

Dr. Maureen Schaffer

Maureen Schaffer joins the Board of Trustees with a strong foundation in Catholic education and a deep commitment to academic excellence and faith formation. A native of Ohio, Maureen attended Catholic schools and earned her B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Dayton, a Marianist university. She later completed her Ph.D. at Colorado State University and worked in the microelectronics industry before co-founding Rest & Relaxation, LLC to launch Coyote Gold® Margaritas.

Maureen is passionate about education reform and helped found two Core Knowledge schools in Fort Collins. She is inspired by the archbishop’s directive for St. John Paul II High School to offer a distinctly Catholic pedagogy that nurtures both the intellect and the soul.

Maureen and her husband, Bob, attend St. John XXIII and SEAS parishes. They are the proud parents of five children and ten grandchildren.

Thomas Selken

Thomas Selken is an attorney licensed in Colorado since 1997 and his law practice emphasizes estate planning. Mr. Selken has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska. Mr. Selken is passionate about the Catholic faith and Catholic education. Mr. Selken enjoys the outdoors with his wife and three children. He is a 2021 graduate of the Archdiocese of Denver’s Catholic Biblical School.

Kevin LaFleur

Kevin LaFleur worked for 30 years in the beef processing industry with Cargill, Swift & Co., and Monfort. During that time he worked in operations, sales, and was president of Monfort of Colorado. He started his own company, Colorado Premium Foods in 1998. This company processed steaks, burgers, cooked products to many known fast food, casual dining, and fast casual restaurants across the US. He recently completed the sale of Colorado Premium to a private equity firm and holds an investment in that new company. He has served on the board of the American Meat Institute and is now serving on the board for Kainos/Colorado Premium. Kevin and his wife Judy were co-presidents of the school board for St. John the Evangelist School in Loveland. Kevin has been married to his wife Judy, for over 50 years has three children, ages 47,46 and 42, and grandchildren ranging in ages from 9-14.

Justin Raddatz

Justin Raddatz has served as Executive Director of Catholic Charities Housing since 2015, following a career in corporate and private finance. He holds a degree in finance and real estate from CU-Boulder and an MBA from the University of Denver. He and his wife, Kelsie—a Loveland native and graduate of St. John the Evangelist School—live in Berthoud with their five children. Their family has been active parishioners at St. John’s since 2010, where some of their children serve as altar servers and one as a sacristan. Both Justin and Kelsie are graduates of the Denver Catholic Biblical School.

Meghan Arnold is a school parent at St. John Paul II High School. She has been married to her husband Chris for almost twenty years and they have six precious children. Meghan has stayed at home with their young children for many years and in that time she has volunteered in various capacities in school and parish ministries. Meghan is currently serving on the PTO and the Gala committee at St. John Paul II High School, and she is an active member of the Confraternity of Christian Mothers of Northern Colorado. Prior to staying home with young kids, Meghan worked as the director of a tutoring center as well as an event management/logistics consultant for the U.S. Department of State. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin and a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Meghan and her family are parishioners at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish in Fort Collins.
