Financial Aid Process

ACE Scholarship & Schmitz Family Foundation Grants: We partner with the ACE Foundation and the Schmitz Family Foundation to provide an additional source of financial aid to our students. Both foundations use the same scholarship application through FACTS. ACE is a more need-based scholarship, and Schmitz offers school-of-choice grants. An application to ACE/Schmitz is the required first step for all families seeking financial assistance. Their application typically opens in early February and closes on April 15 of each year.

St. John Paul II Scholarship: A need-based scholarship with wide parameters to accommodate a large number of incoming families. Families apply for this scholarship through FACTS in the spring.

Financial Aid Appeals: On occasion, a family's need exceeds the aid they have been awarded, or a family's circumstances change. In this case, we encourage families to submit a financial aid appeal to be reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee. Additional aid is awarded as it is available.
